I think it'd be healed. Would be a tad cruel to leave her in thst state.

But they do have to sign off on being ok with potential injuries and such, perhaps not quite that state but something else. We haven't actually seen any proper consequences as of yet, usually the Hunters save players before anything major could happen. The closest you've got is Morris who injured his arm.

It would be interesting to see, especially before the final round, that the game does actually have stakes. (Sawyer has to win this one anyway, he's too far down the scoreboard to qualify at the minute.)
